What is muscle release therapy?
Muscle release therapy isn't one single technique. It's a group of treatments we use, alone or together, to reduce muscle tension, calm irritated tissue, and restore movement that's been limited by tightness or pain. Which technique we use, and in what combination, depends on what your evaluation shows.
Techniques we use
Manual therapy
Hands-on joint mobilization and soft tissue work to reduce pain and restore normal movement patterns. Learn more about manual therapy →
Dry needling
A thin filament needle targets tight muscle bands and trigger points to reduce pain and improve mobility. Learn more about dry needling →
Electrotherapy
Gentle electrical stimulation used to support pain relief or help a muscle activate during rehab. Learn more about electrotherapy →
Pressotherapy
Controlled air pressure that supports circulation and helps reduce swelling and heaviness during recovery. Learn more about pressotherapy →
Mobility & functional movement work
Movement-based training that reinforces what the hands-on work accomplished, so it lasts. Learn more about mobility therapy →
